Do we have Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) on each product?

Each products have different Minimum Order Quantity. Kindly contact our sales representative for clarification.


How to place an order?


After confirmation of all details, our sales representative will prepare an Official Quotation & Final Artwork for final approval before proceed the mass production.


Can I have a sample request before proceed mass production?

Yes. You can always request for a sample before the mass production is started. However, the sample request could be slightly longer since most of items are Fully Custom Made. The sample request timeline will be determined by the complexity of designs & components of specification.


How much is the sample request cost? Can I refund afterward?

The sample fee will be charged accordingly upon the complexity & urgency of requests. Meanwhile, the sample fee is possible to be refunded which depending on the final order. Kindly re-confirm with sales representative during the sample request.


What should I submit my logo or insert for printing?


After the order details are finalized, our team will request for your printing files to prepare Final Artwork. We highly recommend all the files to be sending in Adobe Illustration (AI Format). Other file formats may cause unnecessary delays and additional charges for involving in restructure.

We offer FREE DELIVERY with Klang Valley Area (*Terms & Condition apply). For outstation or oversea orders, we will arrange City-Link Express as our main Courier Services.
